In December i received my first tattoo, however it was done in California, so I'm now looking for a place out here. I've decided to get one on my lower back, and I know what I want, I'm just looking for a safe place that carries a design. I'm wondering if you, or anyone in the shop does a tattoo of a Phoenix?
