Sage, I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciated the professionalism and cleanliness of your shop. I have wanted a tattoo for many years and every time I have gone someplace to get one, I have felt extremely uncomfortable. That was not the case at Urban Art. It started with the ability to visit your shop via the web. I had the chance to see the quality work your artists are capable of. Then, when I came down, I didn't feel out of place even though I hadn't had any previous work done. Your entire staff was friendly and courteous. They helped make my experience there a really good one. Cory was very pleasant and helpful even though we had to change designs to make it more personal and meaningful to me.
